I ordered some 42 link per inch chain, a barrel for my Matilda, and a PZ I idler wheel from the Tiger Model Designs website back in February of this year. I received the wrong merchandise, which I promptly returned. After Goe at TMD got the miss-shipment back he finally responded to my e-mails regarding the miss-filled order. He has given me more than one promise that my stuff would be in the mail within X period of time. Those deadlines passed months ago. I have absolutely no hope of ever seeing my order filled. Joe doesn't even respond to my e-mails any more.
TMD is back in business. They have some great merchandise, but go through a trusted retailer. At least you won't be out money if Joe fails to keep his promises. |
