I doubt if many of us could quite our day jobs to do this but wouldn't it be perfect for the retired person? You could walk away at any point and wouldn't have to worry about them not wanting your services any longer.
My brother is a retired police officer. He retired at the age of 49. (and I give him a hard time about that often) I think it would be a dream job for someone like that.
