Bojan,
Contact Visa and explain the situation, they are there to open a dispute and get your funds back. No online shop is willing to lose the ability to accept a credit card over such an mount. While this amount is tremendous to you, it is not to a company. allow Visa to fight your battle but somehow, I think it is a simple mistake and Michigan Toy Soldier Company will come clean.
