I agree with Saul. The CC company should take care of this. It could be anything from a simple mistake, name mix-up, to a more serious computer hack.

As for a reply from MI Toy Soldier, they can take a long time to reply. I don't know where you live, but if you live in the U.S., and have a cell phone with free national minutes, I suggest giving them a call. If you live outside of the U.S., since $1,146 is at stake, a $5-$10 International Calling Card may be a wise investment to use to call MI Toy Soldier.
