Dear Jack,
Roy is talking right. Yes, the on-line hobby shop take all the risk incurred by this kind of transactions. That is why we have used a "Verify By VISA" on-line payment system. In which, when you shop around and go to payment page (after enter your cc info). you will be redirected to your card issuing bank for personal verification (some information that only your card issing bank know you).
In case of fraud card, the theft will no possible way to "know" your personal data.
