Got this in an email from a friend:
"Have been watching a show on the Canadian television channel History
Television, call Tank Overhaul. Cable 55 where I live, 2100hrs to 2200hrs.
Jacques Littlefield's Panther is the focus of tonight's episode. Plenty
of historical discussion, trips to the archives, interviews with
Jacques, his restorer mechanics and other commentators like Kevin
Wheatcroft. Little sidebars have been going to Germany to see the
Panzer 2, and questions about the Littlefield Panther's wartime
history. Including some computer graphics of a supposed 1945 battle on
the Black River in Poland. The conclusion is it got stuck in a river
that was deeper than expected, and blown in place by the crew.
Tomorrow's show promotion asks if 2 Shermans can be rebuilt to one."
I am in the US and we don't get this channel.
