This may be the main reason that you or other members 'thinks' we have not replied to you. We engaged a lot similar email communication problem such as AOL.com

Dear Robert,
The TB 48099 has been out of print for sometime. We here have no such stock available even from local distributor.
In fact, our email system coming with too much SPAM mail which sometimes we may miss out the email and treat it as SPAM mail and delete it (we have received over 6000 mail/day and my MailBox already 80G already!)
We are working to see if our back end system status update can be reported back to the web site so that we don’t have to answer the status one by one.
