They're one of my favorite retailers. They have my full confidence. I've run into the "In Stock" issue myself but I always get my stuff as soon as Lucky Model's source fills their order. As far as how long "Available" items take to get filled; Lucky Model is no slower than any other retailer, often faster. It seems to be the nature of the modeling world that the supply of certain items is not consistent. I suspect that once certain manufacturers run out of stock of an item they wait until they have enough backorders before doing another production run.
