Most of you guys are light weights.
We built a new house, that I designed. Therefore I designed in a hobby studio over the garage. 800 SF, includes main room for computer desk, display cases, and model storage, second room for 'dirty' work, with a sink and spray booth. Even got my own separate exterior entrance to my studio.

Designed in two closets 8ftx8ft with storage system including rolling shelves so I can access both sides as well as shelves around the perimeter. One closet holds aircraft, the other armor, plus three additional shelf racks out side the closets to hold 'overflow.'

When I filled the shelves, I thinned the collection of stuff that is either obsolete or no longer wanted. The THINNED items totalled about 100. I am estimating about 150 aircraft kits and about 600 armor items. Plus three stacks of drawers of aftermarket items.

It is a good thing I plan on living till I am 300.
