Hi,
You could try a trumpeter T-55 model 1958 Item No 00342 (see attachement) ,I
can tell you, when I first bought it, I was amazed by the quality and
details, true it is a combination of kits,It has many parts of chinese
Type-69,also, it comes as motorized just like old Tamiyas, but this is not a
problem, you can take it out, but don't forget to keep the torsion bar,you
can take it out of the motorized,as well as the battery contenders part, by
using a screwdriver, and do it as static model, as shown in the assembly
sheet istelf, in which you have two sets of sprocket contenders, one for
motorized, and one for static model. (they also give you small part to cover
its place if you want it as static model J18)
The tracks looks like the old Tamiya T-62 quality wise, plastic quality is
relatively fine(it looks like old Tamiya or Early Dragon quality)
Its color is like the Tamiya T-72M1 plastic (Khaki), also included: mesh and
transparent parts for periscopes.
Unfortunately I haven't start building it yet,but I will as soon as I finish
my Italeri M-47 :-)
Hope this helps.
Adib.
