Although it's a big thing to get a first look at a new release kit to get an idea of what the kit has/or doesn't have as well as the level of detail, I've learned to take greater stock in the reviews that involve the actual building of the kit.
In some cases, a kit can look great out of the box, but when it comes to fit, finish and accuracy, it can be a real dog. I tip my hat to both kinds of people - those who do the first reviews as well as those who "take point" and build the kit. |
