Hi Paul,

I personally like to read the reviews as a way to wind down after work in the mornings, like now. The kids at school, girlfriends still crashed out, its nice and peaceful to read and relax. Timing of the review really doesnt matter at all though, if its a kit I like, as the others have said, I'll add it to the collection.

I think the "excitement" factor drops quicker these days because of all the constant new releases coming out. Maybe its me but I see alot more armor related kits coming out these days than just 2 years ago. Hence, like kids on Christmas, our attention spans are very short due to the wide variety of new toys. There are just too many new relases trying to get our attention.

In the last month I've ordered 6 or 7 new kits, all but one I read reviews of before buying. I almost never buy before reading a review, I like someone else to be the guinne pig...LOL Only exception is them dang CyberHobby kits. And to think, my build rate is 2 per year average!!

Between you, Terry, Mike, Saul, and a few chioce others I have what I personally concider "expert oppinions" to place my dollars on, and immesurable amounts of reading enjoyment.

Just my morning ramblings on it :)

Model on,
Clair
