It's not bad but being PE and resin it must be a beast to build.
I would suggest being the NEW one from Resicast, it's all resin, very
accurate and was designed to be very easy to build. I picked one up at
Trucks & Tracks 2001 in May, will try to review it for Track-Link ASAP.
In fact I had the Verlinden item but bought the Resicast anyway because I
chickened out thinking I would never be up to building the VP item ;-)
Be careful, Resicast had at some point (years ago) another Sherman dozer
blade which was also difficult to build with some PE.
That said if the price you are offered for the Verlinden item is really
cheap you might prefer to buy even if it's tough to build : your money,
your choice!
