Rusty marks? Can anyone advise on how to replicate them in 1/35? And is everyone in Kanawha Country called Rusty? Where I come from, the only Rusty was the bloke who ran the organ on the Magic Roundabout ...
But the moral of the story is, read the paperwork. Just because you think someone's given you something, doesn't mean they have, especially when it's the government and even more especially when it's military equipment. As the man said, an oral contract isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
