They have a web-site at http://www.militarymodelling.com/ I asked about a past issue index a couple of months ago and they said they were considering it.
I have been buying Military Modelling for years but stopped very recently, so I have a huge stack of these mags. Is there any issue you need in particular (I suppose you need an index to determine that though.)
