Hi John,
I bought the Stalinetz kit in the spring. Then it cost about GBP 37 in Germany. Since then Wespe has raised it's price so that in Germany it costs about GBP 60 nowadays. If someone is trying to charge GBP 100 it's either a rip off or too many middle men in the distribution chain.
BTW, in my opinion the kit is not worth it's price anymore. GBP 30 would be about right given the quality and accuracy of the parts. Engine is pretty good, water cooler is not bad but the rest of the stuff is not that good. Espacially tracks and wheels are a disappointment. If you want to compare them to the real thing try to find a Caterpillar somewhere. They still use the same track today (Stalinetz is a copy of a Caterpillar).
