Roy,

I actually have several models that I have started that are sitting around in various stages (close to 100 I think). I love starting models with inspirational plans and usually hit a wall due to trying to figure out how to create a detail. I started a 'priority list' of models way back in 1995 and still do it every year since. I list 24 models (originally started at 19 in 1995) I would like to try and finish before the end of the year. I keep each list for each year to update the list when I finished a project. Thus far the only year that I have completed the entire list is the 1995 list. I did this to try and focus my model building efforts so I wouldn't just start something on a whim again. The idea hasn't been totally successful but better than what I was doing prior to my lists.

Well, to get back to my original statement I have 3 models (out of a list of 19)from 1996 that are unfinished. They are:

- Japanese Type 61 MBT (many scratch-built details since there are no after-market detail sets for the kit other than ModelKasten tracks)

- Soviet T-72M with reactive armor (ModelKasten tracks, turned barrel, Eduard photo-etch and other scratch-built details). THis is to be built along with a T-72G (not on the priority list)

-M4A3E8 Sherman with interior. This is a conversion of Tamiya hull, Italaerei turret and DML suspension. The interior is entirely scratch-built except for a Cornerstone transmission and Verlinden engine.

Oh, I must admit that on my 'priority lists' there are aircraft (4 kits), naval (1 kit) and auto (1 kit). Still, my lists are a majority of armor subjects.

So would those qualify?
