If someone tells me "YOU'RE WRONG!" well, we're starting out on the wrong foot. Comments like that make people defensive. If someone asks me "How did you pick that paint color/wheel arrangement/marking?" or "Did you notice there is a seam showing on _____ ?" that's a much better start and might actually lead to a really productive discussion in which we both learn something.
Thanks Danny! You literally took the words out of my mouth! What you have mentioned above is so true for me as a beginner. |
