In my case, since I am my own ISP , I am "paying" cost. ISPs will charge a lot more on top of this. Probably around $1 per GB. Plus they will charge a flat fee for the server, around $100 - $200 per month depending on the hosting plan. Since I own all my own hardware, I don't pay this.
This is my unique situation.
