But I'm not looking to make this site a bitching forum, but a buddy of mine sent me a copy of a blog and I found it quite amusing, to say the least. I also feel justified to answer it, not only in Pauls' defense, Mr. Pat's defense (Tristar), but mine as well.
Last night I was forward a blog by someone known to this site as the "DML Guy", at least that's what I'm told his monicker is. He allegedly made remarks regarding the problems I was having with my Marder III and his assessment of the possibly poor quality of Tristar kits. He also said that Paul and Mr. Pat told me that I messed up the kit and that it was my problem. Not true! They never said anything of that sort. He also referred to me as a "Shill". What the hell is a Shill! Is that a online name for someone who complains about a kit? Just so you know, whomever you are, not only were Paul and Mr. Pat very apologetic, and Paul offered to fix the kit for me, but later they both offered to replace my kit out-of-their-pocket.
I don't mind taking hits for my mistakes, so long as they are helpful, I just don't like it when someone distorts the truth for their own personal gain or to start trouble.
