Hi Paul,
I cannot honestly criticize someone for poor punctuation, because I have trouble remembering when to use a colon, semi-colon and sometimes even a comma. But what irks me most is when people don't use punctuation at all! One sentence leads into another... Those messages I don't even read. That's the key: if a message is difficult to read, ignore it.
