My two cents...

I like the compairison reviews. I find my self agreeing with everyone really. Its good to see how the different kits compaire against each other, but as Paul states, this only really makes sense if they both are then compaired to accurate refferences. Having a dead accurate model isnt critical to me. I build mostly for my own enjoyment, and few see my finished work (except here) so I fall into the catagory of "if it looks like a (fill in the blank) then it must be one. However if the reviews are going to show that kit A is much more accurate than kit B, as compaired to known refferences, thats a benifit. That being said, most if not all new kits coming out now are accurate enough for my taste.

Next comes the buildability. How many pin holes and gaps am I going to have to fix. If kit A is going to practicly fall together by itself while kit B will require tweaking and clamping to even get it straight, that is helpful to know.

As for do we need them here, I dont think so. Terry does a great job and though more opinions might be interesting it would be alot of duplication of effort.

My main problem is I dont have many of the new kits, so I have to wipe drool off my computer screen frequently.
