Hi Matt,
As an ex-soldier it does not matter which nation another serves, for me to feel an affinity and gratitude to those who are in harms way, working to protect those innocents who want nothing more than to live their lives peacefully without the threat of violence.
Whilst I remember those members of the British forces who are engaged in similar objectives, I salute you and and hope that you complete your tour safely and return soon to the love of your family.
As a long term modeller, I know how important hobbies are, in those times when you can at least get some personal time, so have fun and be safe and have a Happy New Year; one which I hope brings some light at the end of the tunnel, for all of the men and women, who serve their countries.
Merry Christmas-tide and a bright 2008.
