To Joe Bakanovic. I know you visit this forum, and I wish to thank you here as well as over on Missing Lynx for your great customer service.
I had ordered some items from Tiger Model Designs, and found when the parcel arived here that one major item was missing. I sent a politely worded email to Joe to check on the status of this, and Joe promptly replied to say it had been inadvertently left out, and was now on the way to me, with a second kit included to apologise.
True to his word, it arrived here today, with the second kit enclosed. I will certainly be sending further orders to Tiger in the future.

The new Sherman hatches and periscope sets have to be seen to be believed, and although not in my area of interest, their German 'stuff' looks pretty good as well.
