I see a little difference between the user downloading stuff from the net for private use and the one downloading stuff (music, programms, pics, whatever...) or recasting models to sell them and make profit with it. I do not know how the rest of us all see this but it is my opinion.
I make recasts of resin or plastic items for my private use too, be it for lost items (i loose a lot) or for items i need plenty of.
