Ken,
for me it is logic, as i see a little difference between ripping to use it and ripping to sell it.
Of course, both is not right (legal) but the latter is worse.
Just my opinion. In any case, i find it pretty shameless, to copy brand stuff and sell it as a power seller on ebay.
And how about Ebay´s role in this, because they are making profit too with these auctions with maybe/probably unauthorized copies.
