Former secretary of defence Donald Rumsfeld stated; "Conceptual weapons are the 21st century answer to fictious threats and imaginary weapons of mass destruction!"
He added; "Genius as I am, I designed and build it myself, though the President choose the colours.'
He also made clear that; "It is the general absence of thinking very, very far out of the box like I can, that prohibited these kind of war winning solutions to be implemented earlier on. But total victory is within our grasp soon now. I'm certain on that, for reality is just a word too!'
After this unexpected presentation mr. Rumsfeld was forcefully given his little yellow pills and taken home to enjoy his well deserved retirement. |
