Subject:  More Respect to Academy!List thread.

 Date:  Mar 19, 2008
 From:  Bojan Stula
Reading up and down all sorts of 1/35 reviews on the web I have a slight notion that the Academy brand is being treated unfair by most reviewers. Some of the reviews are simply devastating but still Academy has brought out in recent years almost all of the most interesting or most wanted US subjects like the tank destroyers M10, M18 and M36, the Stuart variants, the Lee/Grant, M12 or M7 priest, interesting sherman variations (even the M51) or the M113 series. Nevertheless they have earned a pretty bad reputation for their 1/35 line. Do some accuracy issues justify that? Shouldn't we instead prefer to honor such a producer who tackles some of the most important US subjects?
