I only buy magazines at the bookstore when a particular article interests me.
I do buy MMIR when it is available...it isn't much of an expense, since it only gets published about every Leap Year or so.
I buy some magazines at AMPS conventions, such as Armor, but again, only if a particular article interests me.
I do use the Internet to research kit reviews and to examine build blogs for inspiration.
I buy quite a few books every year for research...there is just something about holding a book and being able to study it whenever you want. |
