Hi
The best place to apply for one is in the Website NG or to apply directly to
one of the administrators.
As Christophe's recent post mentioned this is currently a testing phase and
the intention of allocating accounts is to help with the testing and
enhancing the site's content. Afer the testing phase the site will be back
as usual and you won't need an account then.
Also can people applying for accounts please provide a valid email address.
