indy tracks isn't the same as doing a Sherman with indy tracks with separate guide teeth and end conectors...a complete waste of time imho.Also indy tracks on a PZ I or PZ II...man give me a rubber room when done!!
I'm not trying to get flamed here...I have only done 2-3 DML PZ IV's where I could replace the indy tracks with vinyl and to date 1 DML Sherman which I replaced that kit's indy tracks with AFV Club offerings...I don't have the time to spend on indy tracks...period. I have thought from the 1st DML kit with indy tracks if they offered both indy and vinyl in the kit, this would appeal to more modelers. Or offer vinyl as a accessory..a way to make more money .
Now L/L aren't to bad....but I have no problem with late 1980's and the 1990's thru present vinyl track offerings out there. Sorry for the rant, Mike. |
