Grizzlys had the small indentation in the rear hull overhang like the
Ram and cast M3A1 Lee. The stowage was different, meeting Commonwealth
specifications. I haven't seen any Grizzlys that didn't have either the
welded on applique armour or the cast-in thickening over the ammo bins.
Add a set of CDP tracks and sprockets and you're pretty much away.
Apparently S-model have CDP tracks in their Sexton kit, so perhaps they
might be willing to sell those alone, if you can find out who to ask.

You don't really need a conversion for that, just a few bits.
