Subject:  My "absolute" top fiveList thread.

The word "my" is important here, because I've decided to restrict myself to kits that I have to make it a little easier. Otherwise I would have had to coerce the Bronco armored car kits in there, which would have made hard to keep it down to five.

So here goes:

1. Tamiya's Dragon Wagon. I hope I live long and healthy enough to build it someday, but this has to be #1 both for quality and audacity.

2. Tasca's M4A1. In a class of its own.

3. Skybow's Dodge Beep (had to pick one). Just the best softskin kit ever made, and a favorite subject of mine!

4. AFV Club's M5A1. What a superb. complex little kit and long overdue retooling of a highly significant subject.

5. Hobby-Boss's M4 HST. Just crept in front of DML's M2/M2A1 halftrack for the fifth place for the "Ah, finally!" factor.

For what it's worth,

Charby
