I'm pretty sure that was Ted Dyer. I pulled this off Google, can't vouch
for accuracy.

kits, Ted will be releasing the amphibious Ka-Mi, Ho-Ki plus additional
artillery pieces in 1/35 scale. He also will soon be releasing 1/16 scale
