No, I don't work for Concord but I did order direct from them
before---twice.
I always FAXed my order.
Concord, in fact, is VERY fast in shipping out the orders. It is the HONG
KONG mail service that is slow!
I always order air-mail. One time, I waited over a month for my order and I
emailed them. They said they shipped the books three days later and it must
be in the HK Post Office. Lo and behold, it was Chinese New Year and the
mail just sat in the bin for weeks.
I did call them in HK once and they talk English but I'm not sure if they
understood what I was getting at. My mom spoke Chinese instead.
If you DO communicate with them, email is probably best. If you order, FAX
and credit card is best too. Always get air-mail...it's way faster than
ship.
I ordered twice from Concord in HK. It all depends on if there's any
holiday in China.
Or you can always buy it from GreatModels.
