The problem is they'd be impossible to make without resorting to complicated,
expensive moulds. It's easy to make a straight-through hole in a link, as with
MK tracks, since you only have to slide a pin into the mould. But to make a
slight dimple for click links, that doesn't go all the way through, you need
extra mould components, at which time a manufacturer would realise he'd be more
sensible just moulding them in resin. But I agree that there should be more
click-links on the market!
