Subject:  How to -- air recognition flags?List thread.

Hi there,

This may be a simple question for some...but how do you make those air
recognition
flags for the back of a German tank. Now, from past scraps of info, I
know you use
tissue paper dipped in diluted white glue, but is this blow-your-nose
tissue paper or that
fancy tissue paper you wrap gifts in? Also, do you paint it first
before dipping and just
stick it on the tank wet or what??

Thanks for any hints,
Ken Dixon
