Are you actually suggesting that we (or better: the movie industry) should
come up with a movie called: "Kursk", with a punchline like: "The Last of
the Great Armoured Battles". But I do agree that there's no real publicity
on tanks, except the Discovery Channel (Europe) then. But nothing which
would attract the kids of the age that we're talking about.
I started modelling AFV's not too long ago, a year or five I guess, I don't
even remember... I'm 18 now... so something must have drawn my interest
towards it. If only I knew what it was. Perhaps it was the models that I saw
back then in a model-shop, where they also sold a (very) cheap ESCI kit of
an T80 (still have that one, it's being used as an experimental vehicle,
weathering etc..) it included some figures, about 20 or so, I don't know
exactly. Before that I used to play with the smaller 1/72 figures from
Revell, big fun with big battles, and little soldiers. Now I'm in the 1/35
bussiness, to say so.

-PS- well, in fact I'm not doing a lot at the moment, since my compressor is
broken, so I can't use my airbrush...
