Doubt it for this is AFV modeling, not sci-fi modeling ;-).
I will post the end result on StarshipModeler though to complement my USMC
"Leopard 2A5" hovertank.

I built the Merkava 3 hovertank not for the looks but to WRITE about it. To
me, writing the specs (or *ahem* the BS ;-)) is 75% of the fun!

Someone asked me if I planned to make a US Army MBT hovertank as in my
description. I said, "Not anytime soon." Yet, it was a challenge I
couldn't turn down. So...here it is ;-).
This hovertank is a kitbash of Academy's Merkava 3 (tan), Bandai's 1/100
Gundam (blue, black, and the disc), and Revell's F-4 fuselage (light gray).
There's other spare parts as well. I followed the F-15E concept of being
able to mount large guns on the side of the hull (much as bombs are mounted
on the F-15E's side conformal fuel tanks).
The only issue I have is to make it manned or unmanned (droid). I already
have most of the specs figured out.
