I bought and was glad to have some of Woody's early a/c markings. They are
excellent artwork, something he should be really proud of. Nevertheless, I
simply did not find many of his a/c markings of interest or applicable to the
a/c I was interested in at the time.
I hope that most of what Kurt is saying here is tongue in cheek, tailored to
amuse armor builders. Otherwise it is not very accurate and unnecessarily
denigrates people who apply their skills and talents to the very same materials
in different shapes. Many of us surely do both armor and a/c, observing the
same standards to the best of our abilities and wallets.
Woody makes very good marking sets. Try them if you are not satisfied with
waterslides, if you like experimenting with new techniques, and if you want the
markings he offers. Otherwise, learn how to apply well and practice applying
the markings you do like. Don't whiz on someone else's methods just 'cause you
don't do things that way.
