Subject:  Missing or Wrong Parts in KitsList thread.

Hi all,

Today I opened a DML kit to start construction and found there was a missing
parts tree in addition to the decals being wrong.

I was wondering, how common is it for kits to be missing parts or have the
wrong parts? When it happens, how difficult has it been to obtain
replacements parts?

I also had a AMT/ERTL X-wing that had some errors when I received it. I
contacted ERTL and was sent an entire new kit. What procedures do
manufactures usually follow?

Just curious as to the experiences others have had. Thanks.

Landon
