Hi Peter,

Just a couple of tips (from experience).

It's easy to take many detail shots and then forget to take general views. So
as a rule try to take front, rear, both sides and a couple of three quarter
views, then concentrate on detail.

If you can choose your day, pick an overcast day so you get no strong
shadow/contrast. If you have to take photo on a sunny day, make sure you have a
powerful flash so you can photograph the part of the vehicle that is in the
shadow.
