I visited the museum 6 months ago and this area was still closed, I asked the lady at reception if I could have a look around but she said that wasnt permitted? maybe policy has changed.
The homes on that site are amazing, I went round the pent house in the old gate house to the former ordanace factory and was very impressed, prices start at only(!)£300,000 ($465, 030).
