Seems to me I should always try to buy the newer one. I acknowledge that
they are concise histories but I am of the opinion that such concise
overviews can be quite informative in whetting one's interest on a
particular subject. Soviet tanks is a good example for me, I don't usually
favor them but lately after reading the T34/76, T34/85 and then the KV 1 %
2 my interest is aroused, JS-II is next and T-72. Dang I wish they did
stuff on the T-26 and BT series, maybe in a Light or Infantry tank of the
Great Patriotic War.

Heck the story in the KV book about a single KV-2 holding up an entire
Panzer division and diverting a second was worth the price by itself.

Thanks.
Frank
