I can speak to the quality of Jadar/ARMO.

Jadar:

1. Good prices & selection

2. A bit slow, and communications are sparse

3. No problems whatsoever with multiple postage charges, unexplained
billings or other shenanigans

ARMO:

1. Good stuff - see the reviews here

One thing about 5 Star I note from the pictures is a judicious use of PE.
If you've seen the ARMO ZSU-57-2 or Steve Z's review, that kit just had too
much metal. The newer ARMO and the 5 Star items are more sensible.
