I don't think you should concern yourself with that aspect as far as it
affecting the outcome of your review escpecially since a Dremel, etc. would
create more harmful dust than usual IMO. Your list of tools include the
absolutes. I have yet to see how one can effectively use a dremel on a
plastci/resin figure given the intense and precise control it requires
without ruining the medium and/or the figure. I've botched a few guys
thinking I could get "creative" with help of my Dremel.
