I guess another aspect is the credentials of the reviewer. That's why I try
to give chapter and verse of how I came to the conclusion, possible error
sources, uncertainties, confidence levels, and so forth. Others are content
with "It's all F-ed up!" As an engineer, digging all crap that up and
sorting it out is part of the fun. I can see how you Earthlings would
quickly tire of such nonsense however. (*) Most folks probably glaze over
that when reading, so in later recollections, they don't distinguish between
the review that went "The problem is [five paragraphs of explanation]" and
the one saying "The problem is it's all F-ed up." Six months later, we're
all scoundrels.

For What its Worth. I like to hear Chapter and Verse. I can then check what I'm reading against my own reference materials. In my Honest Opinion, this only adds credibility to the reviewer. So as far as I am concerned, keep it up.
