John,
I've just had a look into your details. We already have an account under
the name John ShumYingHon, who has a gallery entry for a T-72 at the above
url. Is this your kit? Is this you?
If it is then, since we have a policy of only 1 account per user, that would
explain why we didn't create a second account.
