No worries I was just wondering because of the Trakz box art "Patterns by Willy Peters, model by David Harper".
Looking forward to reading your article, I'll be ordering my copy from Historex Agents tomorrow.
Cheers,
Christophe

There are things that I like and a few things that I did not like and so I changed them. I will say that because WWII LVT's are my particular area of interest and my archives and library are heavy in reference data on LVTs, I probably have more knowledge than your average modeler on the subject.

> The Verlinden LVT updates are not very well done and they replicate some of the major errors of the original Italeri kits. One example is the back plate on the LVTA1 turret which is supposed to be at a 90 degree angle, Italeri for some unknown reason, made this part incorrectly at a slope of approx 6 to 8 degrees. When VP detailed up the Italeri kit turret and recast it in resin, they failed to correct the angle of the back plate!! The LVT drivers compartment interior in the VP kits is a little too simplified, but in all not bad. The VP LVTA1 detail kit that I have was so poorly packaged that many of the parts were damaged beyond repair, and several of the parts were plagued with air bubbles.
