The DML kits are better, but also not easy to find. Look at the location
of the front idler pushed as far forward as it'll go relative to the
first wheel on the Tamiya kit and compare it to any photo and you'll see
one obvious problem.
That said, the Tamiya kits are very buildable and there are lots of
aftermarket pieces to fix some of the problems and add detail and many
variations to the T-34 theme.
